The SBM Massage Suite was closed August 2025. Moni has returned to providing a Travel Massage Service until a new suite is obtained. Therefore, a Travel Fee of $1 per mile from Duncanville 75116 zip code will be added to total balance. If Client home/massage location is above the first floor, there must be an elevator.

For Bookings: Deposit is paid when booked and is Non-Refundable. Session can be rescheduled 1 time as long as it is requested 3-hours before original appointment was to start. Rescheduling must be for the same service initially booked. Balance could be paid anytime in advance or upon arrival prior to commencement.
If Client is Late: Session will end as scheduled regardless of actual start time (no overtime/no makeup time). Rescheduling will not be considered for no shows. A new appointment must be made.
If Therapist is Late: Session will be for the full duration from start time.

Cancelation: If session is canceled due to Client's inappropriate/threatening behavior, undisclosed medical condition, or unhygienic body odor, total service price/balance will not be refunded.

Hold Harmless Statement: Whether you disclosed your health/medical issues or not, all services received are at your own risk. Therefore, you will hold SBMMT LLC/Monica harmless from liability of any circumstances or injury developed during or after a massage, in perpetually.
Indemnification Statement: CLIENT TAKES FULL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY of contagious diseases, infections, or illnesses Monica develops from your negligence or that you didn't disclose.
Payment for services (even of a partial amount) is an agreement to this Policy. Therefore, if you do not agree with these terms, do not book services at all.
